Shipment Terms

All shipments by Mufaro Freight Ltd are subject to BIFA Terms and Conditions (available on request).

When shipping vehicles, customers guarantee that:

  • They are the lawful owner of the vehicle(s).
  • The vehicle(s) are not stolen.
  • There is no outstanding finance or encumbrances.
  • The vehicle(s) are free from defects.

Mufaro Freight Ltd is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. We recommend insuring vehicles, as we are not liable for theft, damage, loss, or contents.

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, port fees, and any unforeseen charges at the destination. Vehicle release occurs only after full payment.

Refund Policy

Cancellations incur a £125 administration fee per vehicle, plus any additional costs incurred by Mufaro Freight Ltd.
